Location was perfect for what was needed. Since we checked in so late almost midnight the staff did accomidate a later checkout at 3pm

Really needed a balcony, that was one of the primary reasons for booking this hotel. friend has a terminal illness counts on the fresh air and loves sitting outside when we checked in, we realized it didn't have one, so paid a room upgrade fee - king suite, came back went to room and still didn't have one..... So the person whom the room was intended for - didn't get to stay there. Though, I got the upgrade fee back the room, it still came at a siqnificant cost and couldn't be used. plus the new room looked like an attached 2nd room only room for a king bed and dresser.... for 7 bills you except more

I was upgraded to the 23rd floor for my stay and it was fantastic. Great view. The location was great for a nice walk to the Convention Centre for work commitments. Then central for getting out to experience the area.

I dined often at Cafe One and while the menu was great I would have liked a noodle dish or a stir fry option. The salmon was my favourite.

The luggage was brought up to the room and then left, we asked to have in put on the fold out luggage holders and the man just told us the luggage rack was in the closet. The bags were heavy and we would have really appreciated him lifting them onto the racks. This was even after we tipped him. This tainted our experience. I later called down and asked for another rack and a scale and they never came.

場所はわかりやすい。今回は初めてのバンクーバーだったので空港から電車で行き、駅からはやや遠めでした。 少し歩けば色々なエリアに行ける立地だったので、食事にも困りませんでした。 お部屋の清掃もしっかりされていました。 フロントスタッフはとても感じの良い方でした。

病院が近くにあったので予想はしていましたが、サイレンが夜中も結構聞こえました。

The location was excellent, the hotel was in excellent condition, very pretty and modern too. All the facilities were great and very comfortable.

The pool was full of loud obnoxious children at all points of the day. I couldn't relax in the hotub. Maybe utilize quiet time signs, or family time hours for the pool. That way everyone who wants to use the provided facilities can plan to do so while respecting the expectations of the environment for other users.
