Cama confortável. Boa localização.

O hotel parou no tempo. No mau sentido. A TV não conecta ao seu telefone (não é SmartTV), o que impede acesso ao seu conteúdo. Aparentemente, para vender um 'pay per view' com filmes que você assiste de graça no seu streaming, e mesmo no voo que te trouxe a Vancouver. O controle remoto da TV não estava funcionando. Tentei reclamar. A comunicação por interfone com a recepção é impossível. Musiquinha de máquina, por horas... Mandei mensagem via Booking.com, e o hotel me respondeu, sugerindo contato via... interfone! Desci, para falar pessoalmente. Fila. Apesar de a recepção ter 8 postos, só uma pessoa, nitidamente em burnout, atendia aos hóspedes. Pediu desculpas, dizendo que estavam "muito ocupados", e eram poucos para dar conta dos 750 quartos... Ou seja, péssimo gerenciamento! Conceitos ultrapassados - até para um casal 60+ como nós! Foi-se o tempo em que 'Sheraton' era sinônimo de qualidade...

A great hotel ideally located for exploring Vancouver. We stayed here for three nights and found it very and comfortable. The room was great, we would choose to stay here again if we returned. Thank you to all involved in making our stay a good one. Colin and Helen Albon

A fantastic hotel with nice clean good size rooms and comfy beds. The restaurant was very pleasant and the service and food was fantastic. There is also a coffee lounge and a very large reception area. Our only gripe is that this hotel is in two separate buildings a few metres apart. So we slept one side and had to walk to the other side for breakfast. Fortunately it did not rain whilst we were staying there.

The hotel was exceptional. The location is great, downtown and very close to public transportation. The room was awesome, and the view was top notch. We enjoyed watching the sunset everyday.

The Sheraton Wall Centre is an exceptional hotel in the heart of downtown that shines with caring service. We were checked in and taken of by Nicole and Sude. They bring genuine warmth, answer questions thoughtfully, and help guests know the property better. It's always a delight to see them at the front desk. A special shout out to the people working switchboard answering questions and requests from mobile chat, thank you! The new Club Lounge is spectacular, not only for its views from the 34th floor, but especially for the team that elevates the experience. They are always busy keeping the expansive space tidy, yet they find the time to interact with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and otherwise see how their day has been. A special thank you to Billy, Carey, Jenny, Betty, Airi, Aaryan, and Nas for everything they do. Also of note is their expanded bar menu at their new location with signature cocktails, great to complement the views.

We are having our annual sibling trip. We came for breakfast and hit the jackpot with Gerry. He immediately got our sense of humor. We had so much fun that we had people asking to join our group. Gerry certainly made our first hour together a memorable one
