The entrance to the guest house is located between Irish Pub Murphy's and Clean House Store. The property itself is on the 4th floor above Clean House store. Dial 21 then following # key on the intercom. City tours and airport shuttles are available upon request. Location

No Tv . Dark and dirty hallway . Very old and smelly bedsheet & blanket. The facilitator was very rude but the Lady who helped me get to the room was supper nice & friendly

Clean spacious apartment with good heating system and hot water supply , fully functioning kitchen andtwo bathrooms with bidets , very responsive and helpful host from booking till after departure.

Wooden floor needs fixing and one bedroom mattress needs upgrade and pillows needs tobe replaced

Хозяин наглый, нужно быть осторожным. Требует дополнительных денег и угрожает. В квартире есть таракани. Это не отель, а квартира в жилом доме. По вечерам во дворе шумят бродяги. Карта для лифта заряжена на один день меньше [чем нужно]. При выезде приходится спускаться по лестнице. Канализация работает плохо, идет запах.

this is not housing for people it is a fuc.ng dirty pigsty with cockroaches and piss-stained bed linen, booked for three days but I couldn't stay there

Location is good everthing is available

When my sink is clogged i ask the owner to solve this issue he said me this is your mistake do by your own go amd buy drainage cleaner and i have to go and buy with my own money and secondly the photo of the building is fake interior pics is same as bedroom but the pic from outside is fake

"I like to book this place every time I visit Tbilisi"

It was my second visit. The location is close to my colleagues' institution. The Supermarket, Drugstore, and other services are situated in the same building, so everything was fine.

Nothing I quite same days but didn't ask for money back

I don't like it because there are no cleaning bed sheets , not ready to move. Everything is not up to the mark like bathshop, shampoos , water
