Liiiving in Porto | Center Spot Apartment

O apartamento é todo novinho, mas é menor do que aparenta nas fotos.

Do horário do check-in e de ter que buscar as chaves na loja.

L'appartement est idéal pour un voyage seul ou à deux, très propre et lumineux. Idéalement placé, j'ai pu visiter les principaux sites touristiques de Porto à pied depuis l'appartement sans problème.

Les clés ne sont pas remises à l'appartement mais dans une agence. Néanmoins elle ne se situe pas trop loin du logement, il faut compter un petit quart d'heure à pied. Si le logement n'est pas prêt il est possible de laisser les valises à l'agence moyennant quelques euros.

Dans l'ensemble tout était bon, le service, l'emplacement, le confort, la propreté, c'était très agréable

Nous avions vu un balcon/terrasse sur la photo de l'annonce, cela nous a déçu au debut mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon séjour

hello. this two weeks that we lived in there were the worst weeks in our whole lives. I was so excited to visit Porto and spend two whole weeks there and that apartment crashed all my hopes at the very first day. when we just got there, I was surprised that the apartment was much smaller than it seemed on the pictures. it's too small for three people. we waited for an access to get in for 5 hours. we got into Porto at 10am and got into apartment only in 15pm. we thought they were cleaning it, but when we came in, it was not cleaned. there was dust, some things and furniture were stained, even the dishes weren't taken out the dishwasher. and, I must say, the dishwasher is absolutely useless, it's not cleaning anything. the fridge is opening in the wrong side, there is a socket near it, and if you put the charger in the socket, you can not open the fridge anymore. when the cleaning came, it was as useless as the dishwasher. after the second cleaning our towels disappeared, that's ridiculous. the only one good thing there is the air conditioner. what did we pay all the money for?

Great location. The apartment is nice and very good equipped.

The reception sent 2 emails and a text inquiring about arrival time. I responded with a request with earlier arrival. However, when we arrived, the earlier arrival was denied. They offered to keep our luggage. It cost us €16 for 2 carryons and 2 small backpacks!! The reception office is located almost 1km away from the apartment. So you have to walk uphill. Just FYI. The room was clean, except there was long hair on the shower wall.

Agent was waiting with the keys at the front door. Property is quite uphill from the city so its better to take a ride share to get there with luggage. Supermarket is just 100 meters away.

The listing was a bit confusing. I searched for 2 adult and 1 child and the listing gave me a picture of 2 adults with the description saying apartment holds 3 adults. Thinking this was fine I booked the place but was surprised when collecting the key was told to pay for an additional person.
