Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Central Park

The staff was great housekeeping was kind and very sweet the breakfast was also good.

Very disappointed I normally stay at the Double Tree when I come into town. I booked this room for the hotel amenities such as the indoor pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna none of them were in working conditions the hot tub didn't get hot cold water only the sauna was also out of order and the indoor pool heater was out very disappointed I was told by front desk staff when I called in that the hot tub was working that was not true. When we got into Denver and checked in the hot water was not working we were unable to take hot showers for two days, also the heat in the room didn't work and it was freezing all night and the next day they ended up moving us rooms. The parking cost $15 dollars a day which is very expensive for an empty parking lot. I went down multiple times to the front desk to speak to a manager which they said he was in a meeting all day I also called multiple times and never got a chance to speak to the manager nor did one call me back very disappointed.

Me están haciendo 3 veces el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito!!!!! 😡 y ya no estando en ese país con segiridad no me lo van a reintegrar. Uds ni deberían recomendar a nadie para que se aloje en ese hotel. Si lo hacen efectivo el cobro porque está flotante ahorita serían ladrones y se aprovechan porque tienen la tarjeta de crédito de sus clientes, y uno pensando que son lugares seguros se las proporciona. Viajo bastante seguido y primera vez que me pasa esto

The included breakfast was great. Decent coffee, pastries, hot and cold cereal. The star of the show was the omelet station being run by Mrs. Teresa. So nice to have custom omelets and hashbrowns on a trip away from home

They don't really tell you that you have to pay for parking. There are kiosks in the parking lot, but it isn't run by the hotel. It's a third party. $15 a day.
