Friendly staff, okay breakfast and room where what you would expect for the price

It could have been cleaner but it was not bad at all

It showed a hotter and that was filled in with dirt and other debris. I was very neverous lots of people around who were not guest hanging around. Pool was in need of cleaning. Room smelled like smoke. Ice machine did not work.

Lack of security.

room was clean and comfortable, the blankets had holes, but they kept me warm. The water in the shower took forever to get warm enough to shower, it never got hot. the breakfast was not really breakfast, just either a waffle, some toast or cereal. the bed was Seni comfortable definitely could use new mattresses

The check in was easy.

I felt as though I had walked into a bad movie. The hotel, for a Wyndham property was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were burn holes in the bed spread. The sheets were stained with some sort of black stains on them. The floors were filthy, with some sort of film on them. The shower structure was falling apart - literally had parts of it falling off. The hot water/cold water were in the incorrect order. The window was filthy - you could barely see around it. I feel as though this hotel should be condemned. I was severely disappointed in the condition, the misrepresentation of the photos to the actual property and room, and felt pretty unsafe with the surrounding area.

Location was less than 15mins ftom UT.

1. Tub is stained. Paint is peeling. 2. Toilet seat is broken. 3. Freezer leaks. 4. Turned in towels and got fewer than returned. 5. No fruit options for breakfast. 6. Saw a roach by the tub this morning. 7. No Kleenex in dispenser. 8. Big hole in ironing board cover. 9. Cigarette burns in both comforters. 10. Leaky shower created moldy/mildew smell.

I didn’t like anything about the crack motel who still refused to refund my room. There dirty rooms and property were unacceptable for families to enjoy.

Rooms were unclean, property was unkept and overran with drugs and prostitution pool was unsanitary and hot tub rendered useless since it had been filled with dirt
