Staff was nice

The fact they near the hot water was broken. Offered me a full refund but no other hotel to go rent. Then offered to transfer me to a sister hotel. Said the water would be back on by Sunday and was not on. Open charge the TV didn't work.

Prebooked days in advance, and when arrived we were greeted with 2nd room not ready and or given away. No hot water and no timeline. Didn’t get refund for the 2 rooms we booked

Good location, breakfast staff attentive

No hot tub as indicated in my, very run , bathroom door coming apart, paint stains in the tub, ice machine not working
