"No me gustó la estancia ni la atención"

Servicio y atención mala, la taza del baño no estaba bien fijada, así que se venía encima, tiene un olor a tubería y la puerta se nos dañó y tuvieron que cambiar todo el cerrajero, por lo cual tuvimos que esperar como hora y media en que terminaran de arreglarla, y el día de hoy nos hicieron un cargo extra por $89 usd y no me supieron explicar y tampoco lo reembolsan

the breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. staff was very friendly.

the waiting in line at breakfast, it was too long 45minute wait to get an omelette, but still staff was very kind and friendly

"Inviting Central Coast inn."

Embassy Suites treats their guests with made to order breakfast omelets with side like O'Brien style potatoes, Juice, coffee, pancakes, etc. They had a complimentary happy hours with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cheese / fruit platters. Very welcoming after spending the day on the road. The room was clean and I love the fact that there is a "living room" separate from the bedroom. Our refrigerator was not working and after reporting it to the front desk it was quickly replaced.

Some of the landscape and waterscape was out of order and it did not appear they were in a hurry to repair it.

Great location and super convenient! The staff was amazing, so helpful and knowledgeable. Loved that they had a full bar (which is hard to find), and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of variety.

"Comfortable but noisy"

The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we were placed directly above the kitchen/restaurant/bar area, which was loud, especially in the morning. There was loud music at 6 am and alarms going off. Additionally, there was a vent/fan directly below our window from the kitchen area, which was noisy and smelly.
