Located five minutes from the beach of the beautiful Hikkaduwa Paradise, bordering the lagoon, this resort is a place that we were impressed by because of the chirping of birds on the side of the lagoon, the large garden shaded by coconut trees and the blanket of grass was very comforting to us. Also, the very warm welcome received from the owner and his interest in fulfilling our needs as well as the guidance he gave us regarding places to go to are invaluable. had dinner that night at a restaurant and it was nice that restaurants and bars weren't too far away

More kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, sunbed. A dedicated play area and equipment for children & a swimming pool, refreshment welcome pack, If these things were there, the value would be even higher

I stand up paddle and the property was right on the lake so was oerfect for me but is also close to the main road, the fish market and little local shops and a bus stop. The house is older but has character and is on a massive block of land so can laze in the sun or relax outside with a book. This place is ideal for a group and works out to be a cheap nights stay. It has a kitchen, dining table and pool table. Each room has its own toilet and shower but there is also a main bathroom. It was a peaceful place to stay.

It can't be helped as you are near a lake so its just nature but just remember to bring some mozzie repellent.

Space was enough for more than 10 people
