B&B Elegance

The room is a basic room with a bed, side tables, and TV. Nothing special. What the description doesn’t tell you is that you have to park at a garage that is about 7-8 minutes away by shuttle. Then you have to walk about 3-4 minutes to the B & B and carry your suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs to the entrance, and then up another few flights of stairs to get to the room. The young woman who checked us in sent videos, as we pulled our car up to a local hotel to take our bags down before we parked our car. This was after figuring out that we couldn’t park on the narrow street (and backing out) that was next to the stairs. However, due to Wi-Fi issues, the videos were not downloading. She just takeout saying that they were “seen,” which was not helpful. She could have met us at the top of the narrow street, but didn’t. Her attitude when we finally got there was less than friendly. The room is located next to the main street of Taormina, but it is very quiet. I would choose another place to stay if I had the opportunity to do it over again.

B&B Elegance is off the main route, walking distance to everything. The room was very comfortable; appreciated the extra amenities. Breakfast was at a little cafe close by; on a day when it was pouring rain, it would have been nice to have breakfast at the b&b. Otherwise it was a very nice stay in Taormina.

We stayed 3 nights in this very nice B and B. Sebastiano and Andrea are very nice person they give a lot of informations about their city and restaurants. Very well located.. Room and bathroom spotless. Excellent breakfast lots of choice the free mini bar was very appreciated. Thank you we loved our stay Lisa and Sylvano
