The location

The first room was dirty, and the second one was very clean.

Easy access. Location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. People were smoking around our vehicle when we went to leave.

Our room was exceptionally dirty with stains all over the carpet and bedding as well as dirty old clothing left behind from another guest. There were burn marks in the furniture and the room smelled strongly of cigarette/marijuana smoke.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was in bad shape. Used q tips on the floor in the bathroom and hair in the shower.

I always book a hotel with a pool (for my kids) and a hot tub (for me). The tub barely worked, but not enough power to even create any bubbles. There was also a sketchy person outside the property that was never told to leave the premises for at least the 18 hours we were there.

The photos do not portray what the hotel actually looks like. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in as we didn’t feel safe staying there with our small children. There were homeless people sitting at the front door and walking around in the almost empty parking lot, and the lobby smelled of stale smoke. The young gal working at the front desk was very kind and friendly but that was the only positive thing about the facility.

Bathroom was a mess and looked like it was under remodel. Pillows were lumpy and very small. Door stuck and had to push it to close and open.

I was unable to check in with my digital id and they are refusing to refund my money paid when I did not stay
