I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable. Although they were advertised as double beds, they felt more like single beds, and my two young children could barely fit comfortably together. The bathtub was noticeably worn out, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on the day of our check-in, which was quite disappointing after a long day of travel. Additionally, the overall condition of the hotel suggests that it is in need of a thorough renovation. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good, and the omelette station was excellent — the cooks there deserve a 10/10. Given the issues with cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance, I would encourage the hotel to address these areas. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.
