The room was spacious and clean. The location is very close to nightlife on Church and Yonge… lots of walkability. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Parking is a bit steep in price.

Good customer service. Staff offered lots of assistance and were kind. Overall, the place was neat, more spacious, the kitchen, bedrooms, living area, were well furnished. We spent an extra night because the place was welcoming and felt a bit like home.

Towels were provided for only 2 occupants. I guessed we could have requested for additional ones but I thought it was the duty of the house keeping to work together with the reception to know the number of guests checking into a room so they make the necessary provisions. Paper towels should be provided in the kitchen.
