Everything! I really enjoyed my stay here. The facilities were excellent, the staff were wonderful, the restaurant was amazing, and overall just a very pleasant stay.

Everything, from breakfast to amenities and staff. People from the whole Mercure were amazing. This hotel has a lot to offer, and, the staff is really prepared to take care of tourists. Congratulations for everything!

On the Dec 31st, the order to the room service got mixed or delayed a lot, but, the staff made sure to fix and later on gave me a bottle of wine and were really sorry for the inconvenience. They were doing new year's eve dinner at the main restaurant and for sure these situations can happen sometimes, so it was not a big issue.
