Great visit to the Edition. Armando at Tropicale provided great recommendations for the menu and Randy at the beach took excellent care and attention to getting me set up at the beach.

Amazing experience at the beach! Beach attendant Alex was top notch and made sure my boyfriend and I were constantly attended to throughout the day!

Eveyone is always so welcoming! The staff pays so much attention to detail. The best part is spending the day by the beach, Juan and Julian are the best at setting you up for a perfect day of sun and amazing food. Comfort, luxury and relaxing at its very best!

Great location right on Miami Beach. The food was very good, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is stylish and relaxing. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice water-facing balcony. Some staff members, especially valet parking and the F&B team, were very kind and attentive.

Service was inconsistent at times. The reception experience was not the most welcoming, and one interaction felt quite short. Some areas of the room and hotel showed signs of wear. We also experienced minor issues around booking and billing that required follow-up.

The public areas of the hotel are nice as is the pool area. I personally wouldn’t stay here again as the room was so poorly sound proofed. You’ll hear the banging of everyone’s doors as they open and close them and the constant noise of people in the halls - so for me it was just not relaxing at all. Service was average expected better for the price. F&B insanely expensive.

This hotel has, without a doubt, some of the worst front desk service I’ve experienced. I called twice prior to my arrival to request an early check-in, as I had two rooms under my reservation. Despite this, when I arrived around noon, I was told I would need to wait until the standard 4 PM check-in time. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while I was standing at the front desk repeatedly checking on my room status, several guests who arrived after me were given access to their rooms well before the official check-in time. This level of inconsistency and lack of consideration is extremely disappointing!
