It was a very standard hotel

1.The location, although it was close to walk to the main shopping area you had to walk past druggies/ homeless people lying or congregating on the footpath day and night 2. Water was turned off for at least 2 hours but we weren’t notified 3. When our room was cleaned, the tea, coffee etc was not replaced. The tissues were not replaced

Comfortable clean bed. Good breakfast. Friendly at reception.

Drainage issues in bathroom, water backing up in bath when showering, and in sink when brushing teeth etc. Area felt unsafe walking back at night, lots of addicts hanging around tbh. No water in the room, which we would expect from a 4 star hotel at 4 star prices. Would not rate as 4 star, was below the standard of many 4 star hotels we have stayed in.

Location was excellent and staff were lovely

The extra charge for parking was unfair. Parking at the hotel should be included in the original booking price. I have never experienced this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in
