Great location and the flat is overall okay

The apartment is not well equipped at all and in poor condition. The chairs in the balcony are falling apart and some of the lamps are not working.

Location near the Beach. 15minutes out of center of Novalja. Clean, with linen and towels. Comfortable beds.

Really low level of apartment, which is absolutely out of presentation on websites. No additional equipment. TV not possible to use. More other things did not work or broken (Lights, shades, shower, doors). .
