Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

The room was very comfortable and big. Nice.

The bathroom is very tight, and the wash basin is outside the bathroom. At the end of the bedroom. If someone is sleeping, they can hear the next person washing and brushing. The check-in person was friendly. The check out lady was not helpful. We asked for our bags to be stored, and she said they don't have space. When I saw the storage, our bags would have fitted. The manager said if they checked out, sorry we can't help, and walked away. Most disgusting. Not attempt made to assist. They have the don't care attitude.

There is no space for parking the car.

Dirty and Mondays breakfast was very limited for food.

They don't have enough parking for everyone at the hotel. You then have to purchase a parking space down the road about half mile in a garage that they WILL NOT reimburse you for. I had an elderly/disabled person with me and they couldn't walk that far. After asking about if they possibly had anything closer to accommodate my mom they staff proceeded to kick us out of the hotel saying they had enough from my mouth. They also stated they WILL NOT refund any of my money back. So I paid for 2 nights that I didn't get to stay. NEVER WILL I SUGGEST ANYONE STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! I asked to speak with management and was told NO management doesn't need bothered with my complaint when all I want to do is run my mouth. I only asked if they could accommodate a disabled/elderly person. We left after they called the law on me because we didn't leave quick enough. I can't make this up and believe me when I say. I've been to many hotels most being quality inn however I will NEVER step foot in any of their hotels again NEVER!

The room was pretty clean so I felt pretty comfortable in my room. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. The location was great! One block from the Niagara Falls Park entrance, so we didn't have to worry about driving to the park and finding parking there.

Looked like they were working on painting the hallways on my floor, so that was a little obstacle, but not terrible. The parking lot is super small so you have to use a parking garage down the street and pay for it, but with being so close to the park and not having to pay and find parking there makes up for it in my opinion.
