The parking is a huge problem. The hotel is in pedestrian zone. You have to park outside the old city Parking availability is not guaranteed. We found the parking relatively far, because everything else was full. For 24 hours parking, we had to pay about 80 euro. In addition, you have to pay for a "shuttle, which is a golf cart" to move your luggage from the parking to the hotel and back. The "shuttle" is an additional 30 euro. So 110 euro in addition to hotel cost. None of it is disclosed when you book the hotel, a complete surprise... The "shuttle" availability is also a problem, we had to wait a 30 min for the first pick and 1.5 hours for the 2nd. The wi-fi is not really working. You may connect sometimes to wi-fi but it's not always connecting to the internet. The few moments it's working it's slow and disconnects every few minutes. Hot water. 2 people in the room, after the first person takes shower, there is no hot water for the 2nd person. At least not right away...
