Hotellets manager Franka är väldigt professionell och lyhörd. Men övrig personal på detta hotell är under all kritik. Frukosten är bra och miljön i frukostmatsalen är väldigt fin.

Hotellet är rent allmänt väldigt slitet. Trots att jag bad städaren två gånger att byta lakan så var detta inte gjort.

Не ми хареса обслужването на рецепцията на конкретен човек. Тя винаги се държеше лошо с нас и не ни съдействаше за нищо. А ние бяхме със болен човек, и се наложи да удължаваме два пъти престоя си, във връзка с лечение. И още нещо - една от сутрините дойдоха да чистят стаята в 8.30 ч., сутринта, което е недопустимо и стояха пред стаята докато слезем на закуска
