Emplacement exceptionnel à proximité de la vieille ville avec vue sur le lac ; chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et très confortable (excellente literie) ; personnel très aimable et dévoué ; chocolat et champagne avec une note manuscrite à l'arrivée en chambre

Pas de personnel pour les bagages à l'arrivée (les réceptionnistes se chargent de en plus de leurs tâches) ; Pas de fiche pour commander le petit déjeuner dans la chambre (ai du la demander à chaque fois) ; tous les services et menu du room service accessibles seulement par écran TV (trop long et fastidieux) : il devrait y avoir un exemplaire papier a minima ; pas de salle de réunion dans l'hotel (dommage il y en avait une dans le passé)

Amazing breakfast, very nice staff at the restaurant. Really beautiful hotel

Only curtains in rooms, No darkness possible in the room, full daylight from 6 a.m. The receptionist was quite rude when I said I’d be 30 minutes late checking out : "I guess we won't have a choice" That is not acceptable to hear The club sandwich for room service at 2AM is 2 slices of bread, 2 cheddar slices and one ham. One can not qualify it as "Club Sandwich"
