A smaller hotel with an outstanding level of service. We had a room on the second floor with a view of the lake. We were given a fantastic gift of a chocolate elephant and some oranges. Every morning we looked forward to breakfast which included a cappuccino with an elephant design in the froth. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!

This boutique hotel in Zurich is the best place to stay. I thoroughly enjoyed every detail, from the luxurious room with a lake view to everything else. I will definitely be returning.

Didn't eat in the hotel or use the facilities as I was out everyday. Hotel was very clean and modern with nice touches. Staff were really nice.

Housekeeping maintained the room to absolute perfection, ensuring everything was spotless and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a world-class experience. The culinary offerings were exceptional, with beautifully presented dishes that delighted both the eyes and the palate. The service was attentive and professional, making every meal a pleasure. The hotel’s design and atmosphere feel contemporary yet timeless, appealing to discerning travelers. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop bar, easily the best in Zurich. The ambiance, the expertly crafted cocktails, and the selection of gourmet snacks were outstanding. The panoramic views were simply breathtaking—overlooking the lake, the city, and even the distant Alps on a clear day. A perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Zurich. Beyond the hotel, the location is unbeatable. Situated right on the lake, we found it easy to walk everywhere, exploring the city’s main attractions effortlessly. We can’t wait to return!
