Excellent thermal bath Although the property is well kept but old… but there is time to renovate to bring back its old glory

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. The thermal spa is a great bonus too, especially after a long day of sightseeing around the city.

I love this hotel mainly because of it's location. I have been here several times over the years. Unfortunately, I got the impression that the current staff cannot cope with the hotel being full. In Ensana Grand, there is no bar. The Boroka cafe is just awful. The cafe at the otherhotel is always full and you have to wait for service as staff are overworked.

A beautiful place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Budapest. The staff are very accommodating and so nice. The thermal baths and facilities were amazing. The pub attached to the hotel has the best goulash soup along with other choices. The grounds are so beautiful to walk around and relax. We definitely will return.

Unique location, Special circumstances due to the elevating / flooding Danube, and still uninterrupted service and care. Exceptional buffet breakfast. The thermal baths were exceptional.

Loved the hotel's style and furnishings, the breskfast, the spa and the outdoor pool.

Location Since this hotel advertised as a spa You would expect some peace end quiet. Instead it turns out a kindergarten. Uncontrolled little Screaming children. What a Disappointed.G B. U.S.A

Beautiful setting and wonderful hotel. Clean, lovely decor and amazing facilities. We had a brilliant week stay. Bed was so comfy!

Fridge not working so reported it, gat a message saying they were looking into it but when we left after 3 nights still not fixed. Shower screen had no seal at bottom between screen and bath so floor got very went when showering.
