Dirty, staffing sleeping so we couldn’t get help, homeless sleeping on the stairs so we couldn’t get to our room easily, room smelt like cigarette smoke, dirty condom was found.

Everything: it was disgusting, although we e specifically asked for non-smoking rooms, all 3 stunk horribly! I was very close to leaving, but it was very late. The place did not feel safe in the slightest bit..
