Staff was amazing! Room is perfect! Parking is amazing. Options within walking distance are perfect. Why I haven't stayed here before is beyond me as someone who comes to Indy 10+ times a year.

"Horrible experience "

On the first night the room had no heat. Unpacking was already done, and had traveled almost four hours. They wanted to switch rooms, but was too tired for the nonsense. Switched rooms the next day, and was moved into a room whereby the television did not work. Ended up moving into another room. The stay was not pleasant, and I was not compensated properly by the hotel for my disappointment…

The staff were all amazing. The stay overall was good. It is downtown but walking to many of local restaurants and attractions was not ideal. I took a Lyft everywhere for the most part. (The prices were reasonable.)

Room was just kind of dingy, mattress HARD, pool had clumps of hair floating in it. Probably would not book again.
