The hotel was clean and a great location if you are a Mayo patient.

The location of course was ideal for my visit to the Mayo Clinic.

The bed needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable on the edge and seems to have been deformed by extended use.

The safety of the location was about the only plus to this hotel.

Some of the staff were extremely helpful and pulling way more weight than others, while some were unfriendly, borderline rude and unhelpful. Check in was 4:00. We got there early and there was no way they could accommodate an early check in, that I could understand. Check in time came and our room still wasn't ready at 4:00. They had me continue to check in with the front desk. I checked in 3 different times between 4:00 and 5:00. Our room was finally ready to check in to at 5:00, an hour later than it should have been. There was no apology or any accommodation offered for the inconvenience.

The hotel appeared clean and very convenient. Upon further examination, the bathroom floors were extremely dirty, there was clothing and garbage in the pool area for multiple days. When we asked for midweek service, literally just gave us new towels and emptied the garbage, nothing else.
