We were there for a dance competition and it was convenient to be at the same hotel where it was at. The staff was friendly and nice.

We asked for housekeeping to come change the bedding and no one ended up coming at all that day.

The only way anyone could find this “resort” a delight is if they’ve never been to an ACTUAL resort. To start, my friend who booked the room is disabled and made sure to book an ADA room. She literally can’t walk without leg braces, and can’t climb into a tub to shower. But did they give us an ADA room? No. We were told they didn’t have one for us, despite us booking one. Although there was a large dance competition happening, there was only one person working the front desk. Check-in took forever. The “snack bar” is only open when they deem necessary. No set hours. Just guess when it’s open and when it’s not. Good luck. My daughter was drying her hair when it set off the fire alarm. Took two phone calls and 20 minutes for someone to turn them off. Maid staff was friendly, but beyond that the staff was rude. Seemed annoyed to be there. Didn’t want to answer questions. Not helpful with anything at all. Couch was filthy. There were black crumbs or something in the bathtub. Yuck. Yuck yuck yuck. Any good review of this place has to be paid or from someone who has never been to a nice hotel/resort. Don’t stay here. Trust us.
