Service was very poor. Television did not work and we called for maintenance 2 and noone showed up so we checked out a night early and they gave us no refund.

Room and common areas were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Decent size room. Coffee maker and complimentary water in the room. Bath robe and plenty of towels were provided..

Normally, there is a dental kit, shaving kit, shoe mitt and shower cap as amenities in the bathroom. All were not there. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste so the dental kit would have come in handy. Had to ask for the dental kit from the front desk.

Front desk staff, especially Nash, very accommodating. Room was very clean, as was the whole property. Close to the airport and my office. Was happy to have a toothbrush in the room as I had forgotten mine.

Parking is all on one side of the property. Can not think of anything else. Overall stay was pleasurable.

За сніданок взяли оплату 79.10$, хоча він включений у вартість перебування, омічяли повернути вартість, пройшов тиждень, я все ще чекаю на повернення коштів. Номер 6230 виглядає дуже старим і занедбаним, ванна з облізлою фарбою, всюди пил, старий ковролін, решітка вентиляції засмічена шматками пилюки, фурнітура у ванній кімнаті з іржою, вхідні двері та у санвузол виглядають жахливо та давно потребують ремонту чи заміни. Вентиляція взагалі не працює. Басейн жахливий. Вентиляція недостатня, стіни та вікна мокрі. На голову капає конденсат з іржавої вентиляційної труби. У роздягальні брудно і чимось смердить. Вода у басейні та душі не достатньо тепла.
