Friendly staff, clean property

The front desk staff was so kind, hospitality is definitely on point with this location!

Airport shuttle was fine. Airport traffic was crazy so I had to wait my turn.

The hotel did its job, we needed a place to stay and that’s what we got. I can’t say the staff went above and beyond, all went well but my expectations were not exceeded.

Good

The Delta by the airport is a good business hotel, especially for location. It’s very close to Pearson, with a regular shuttle back and forth, and within walking distance to the Toronto Congress Centre. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, plus options inside the hotel, car rental on-site, and a large parking lot. The rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, and overall it’s a convenient choice for business travelers. The only drawback was at the hotel bar — we were a group with five rooms and asked for a bottle of liquor to share, but were told they only serve drinks by the glass. This made the experience unnecessarily expensive and a bit disappointing. Reception staff could also be a little more welcoming. That said, it’s a solid hotel for convenience, comfort, and location near the airport. Just consider the plane taking off and landing and use the provided earplugs

The room was nice and clean. However you can literally hear everything. During the middle of the night I heard traffic, and toilet flushing.
