The staff were friendly and helpful. They were exceptional at helping with the airport shuttle and responded promptly and professionally to very noisy guests outside of our room late at night.

The room smelled of mold and stale cigarettes, it was pretty clean, but the traffic noise was loud.

Breakfast was great would’ve been nice to have a few protein options, however as it was mostly carbs and sweets with fruit as the alternative, but I wasn’t disappointed.

What I didn’t like was I was on an exterior room down by the pool and could not locate an ice machine. Went to the main desk and told that I needed to go through a door behind the main entrance and go off of light of stairs to access ice for my room, pretty inconvenient and there should be something more accessible that does not require so much distance.
