"Nothing to Complain About"

Nice, clean room. Accommodating staff. Great location. The bartenders were very nice and we appreciated being able to sit down at the area to the right of the check in desk and have a drink after a long day of sight seeing.

Welcoming receptionist Helena manage to check me in les than in 5 minutes which is great thin after 5 hours ride. Room is Large and comfortable. Big + for yellow lights in the room

"Wonderful staff that go the extra mile"

I was travelling alone for work but it was my birthday. When the room service came to my door, the lovely staff member, Ricardo, asked me if I was having a nice day. I told him it was my birthday but I had to be there for work. 15 mins later the door knocked and it was Ricardo with a little cake and a candle on a plate saying Happy Birthday. It was so thoughtful and honestly, made my day. I will recommend the hotel to everyone, and Ricardo is a gem!

"Gorgeous hotel in a great location"

Amazing hotel! I've been here once before and loved it. It lived up to expectations the second time. Lovely setting, stylish design and really spacious bedroom. I really enjoyed the king-size bed - so comfortable. I got breakfast to the room and it was delicious. The sauna, jacuzzi and pool were very nice. Lovely to be able to enjoy that as part of your booking.

The only thing that could have been improved was the steam room - it was malfunctioning so there wasn't much steam being produced. You have to pay €15 for parking - it would be ideal if it was included in the cost of the booking.

Beautiful hotel. I arrived very tired and felt the staff - the Manager in particular did a great job of making everything easy. Room was lovely, breakfast great - just all well done
