THE POWER WAS OUT EARLY MORNING. THE FRONT DESK MAN HAD NO IDEA WHAT WE WERE TALKING ABOUT. I THINK WE NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE

The hotel is dated which is fine, but you expect the general services of a hotel. Unfortunately, we came back to the room and found no towels were left. We went to the front office and were told the ran out. Seriously. After using hand towels, the house keeping left one towel. Also soap ran out in the shower , so in general the housekeping does half their job.

Went to our gathering and came back no electricity in our room. Waited to get it turned back on got ready for bed went to sleep some time in the night went out again. Couldn’t call from room phone had to call from my cell phone rang for over 10 rings. Recalled and then I wanted another room. When power came back on got dressed they gave us keys for other room.

No cups anywhere in the room. Telephone had no dial tone. No chain door lock. On the positive side the continental breakfast was adequate: self serve cereal, instant oatmeal, muffins toast, apple or orange juice and coffee. I usually like Super 8 as good Economy motel, but this one let me down.

A great place to stay, very acvomidable, polite and friendly, I see will be returning In the fall, Continental breakfast was fresh and hot, thank you

What did i like? It was a nightmare with the infestation of the cockroachs and other crawling insects. didn't sleep a wink.

The breakfast was some coffee, and they had two Danishes out. This is 7:00 AM. This isn't at the end, this is like an hour into it. I just shook my head. It's like it can't get any worse, but it does. Yeah, don't call that a breakfast stop, putting that they offer breakfast in your listings. So tired of reading that when I get there, it's a donut

We're there for work. It was a long day, it's a festival. We got to the hotel about 9:30. We just checked in, but didn't go to the room. We were hungry, so we went across the street to a place called Frickers. Great restaurant. We get to the room at 11, tired, we're hot, we're sweaty been working outside all day, and there are no towels, and it looks like the sheets just been thrown all they weren't tucked in. We called the front desk, oh first the phone had been unplugged, as the housekeeper never checked if the phone worked. So we use our cell phone to call the front desk, tell him there are no towels starts to give me a hard time and argues with him that I had no towels. There are no towels in the room. Finally, they said they'd bring some towels. We kept waiting but fell asleep. In the morning, there are no towels anywhere outside, anywhere. So I went to the front desk, and again I got a beg to get towels. They want us to wait till room service gets to us. We left, didn't even stay night #2. Booking.com needs to stop promoting these 1 hotels.

Booked 2 nights, only stayed 1. Room was a King sized bed smoking room, so I wasn't expecting a palace, but it was downright dirty. Floor was sticky, comforter was stained and had holes. We asked for a new comforter and for the floor to be mopped. The manager came up and first asked if we had tracked something in or spilled something, neither of which we had done. Instead of just doing what we asked we were switched to a room with two beds and he attempted to charge us a $10 upgrade! As we were switching, housekeeping showed up to clean the first room, but the manager had already left with our keys to that one. The second room was only slightly better. I had to wipe down the tables, both comforters had holes, the sheets were stained and we found hairs in both beds. We slept fully clothed on top of the beds, checked out the next morning, and found a new place for our second night.
