They messed up my reservation double booked room i wanted theb we was staying there for the pool and it wasnt open and wasnt gonna open this year and bed was hard

"Uncomfortable and wish I would’ve spent extra for someplace else"

May bed sheet were dirty. Actual blood stains were on the sheets. The pool was shut down. And my room had a strong smell
