"Was comfortable and relaxing."

Breakfast was good.

TV wasn’t working when we arrived. Desk clerk reset it. It worked for awhile. We had to continue resetting it the remainder of the stay.

"For the price of the rooms I should never have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast should've been better a"

The elevator kept breaking down and the breakfast food wasn't that good. Housekeeping only came in the room one time during my stay

"Overpriced for condition of property "

The property is not what you expect from a Fairfield Inn. The lobby, breakfast, check-in and staff are up to Fairfield standards BUT once you get to room the standard definitely goes downhill. The room was clean but dated. The mattress was worn out, like sleeping on a sponge. The pillows were like sacks of oatmeal. Sheets had small tears in them. Loose floor tiles in bathroom and stains in bottom of bathtub. Definitely not Fairfield Inn quality. All in all, this property was way overpriced for the condition of the room. Won’t stay here again.

"Subpar for a Fairfield Inn"

For a Fairfield this property is subpar. Overpriced for the condition of property. The staff is super nice and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and the lady serving breakfast was very nice and worked hard at keeping the food stocked and area clean. The lobby, check in and breakfast area were all up to Fairfield standards. BUT once you get to the room, the standard definitely drops to a lower class property. Room was clean but dated. The mattress was worn out, like sleeping on a sponge, pillows were like sacks of oatmeal. Floor tiles in bathroom were loose and stain on floor of bathtub. Sheets had small tears in them. The area around the property was convenient to food and gas. Overall, the property was way overpriced for the condition it’s in.

"Poor"

The property was dirty no extra towels or bed sheets the mattress was stained. The elevator didn’t work 90% of the time and for the room to be 178 per night those issues where  unacceptable
