Solicito atención a mi petición. Las puertas del balcón no tenían pestillos quedaban abiertas en la habitación 444. Bajé a recepción para comunicarlo dejé todas mis pertenencias en el cuarto. Avisaron y subía enseguida el Sr. de mantenimiento me contestaron. El Sr. intentó arreglarlas. Le comenté no tiene pestillo eso no tiene arreglo, contestó un rato más lo intento y si no, aviso a recepción para q la cambien de habitación. Amablemente bajo a recepción y me subió la tarjeta de la nueva habitación 619. Solicito por favor, vean las cámaras a partir del martes 16 entrada a partir de las 20:00 hrs. P.M. Aprox. (habitación 444)las entradas /salidas y luego las entrada/ salidas en la nueva habitación 619.

Es un excelente hotel, muy cómodo y tiene una hermosa piscina, está un poco retirado de la gran via, pero a unos 6 minutos tienes un metro que en 30 minutos esta en la Gran Via . Ademas te llevan al aeropuerto.Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este Hotel, me resulta muy cómodo.
