Easy check in with very friendly & knowledgeable front desk staff.

It’s a heat wave in Madrid with temperatures soaring to 42C and you would expect hotel that claims to be a 4 star facility would have adequate air conditioning. But instead of it neither front lobby, hotel restaurants or bars, halls or elevators doesn’t have AC working. But the most disappointment was in the room where AC air duct barely moves a slightly cooled air that keeps the room temperature 26-29C through the night. Instead of restful sleep before long flight we had a torture in the oven. Our friends that we had traveled together stayed on the same floor and had the same experience so it is not a room issue, but a major problem of hotel with outdated equipment. Front entry plaque displaying 4 stars is decorative only. Stay away from this place in the warm season.

Очень близко расположен аэропорт. Пешком от терминала 1 - 15 минут. Хороший завтрак. Обратно в аэропорт можно забронировать трансфер - 5 евро до любого терминала. 5 минут пешком до супермаркета Mercadona.

Минусы не заметила.
