Hotel Central

Location for us was very good. A 10 minute walk from the station and a very short walk into the old town. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. We did not partake of breakfast so cannot comment on this.

Our train wasn’t until the afternoon and so asked to leave our bags at the hotel. This was possible but we’re slightly concerned that the baggage room was literally next to the entrance door and not locked, and with no tags. So it would have been easy for anyone to walk in and take bags out. We queried this, and was told they had never had any stolen before. We did leave our cases but took our rucksacks (with iPads, medicines etc in) with us. Our cases were still there when we went to collect them, but I would suggest a simple tag system and a locked area for guests piece of mind.

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Fahrrad Garage, gutes Frühstück…

Ein schönes Hotel mitten in Innsbruck. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir bekamen ein Upgrade. Das Zimmer befand sich im letzten Stock und war toll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war toll und alles da was man wollte.
