Hyatt Place El Paso Airport

All the staff is great! And as always we enjoy seeing Chris at the front! Rooms are a great size and the breakfast is good. Until next time!

Very pleasantly surprised. No complaints, no issues, and courteous front person.

Overall, still glad we chose Hyatt Place but found the bathroom arrangement awkward. The open sink next to the bathroom door was nice allowing both of us to use the facility. However, if one was inside the bathroom and was a bigger size, it would be very difficult to get out. The door swings inside practically touching the shower stall, with just a few inches away from the toilet. You’d have to stand behind inside the invisible wedge between the door and stall. The other point I wanted to share: We were hoping to use the safe to secure camera gear but unfortunately told maintenance was not available on Sunday. It was inconvenient to take gear around town but hopefully management gets the safe fixed. It was one of the factors in selecting Hyatt Place. Bed and sofa were very comfortable.

Great stay!

The room was very clean with great soap, shampoo and conditioner, the mattress was very comfortable and the breakfast was great! I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in a room that has recently been remodeled and the door to the bathroom opens inside the bathroom, as opposed to opening out. So, it takes some effort to get in and out of the bathroom. There is very little space to get in and out. It is very odd and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great stay!

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We did not rest at night since there was a lot of noise during the night. We could hear the trucks going down the freeway all night and people were yelling outside at night. We were very tired the next day.
