Best Western Bryan College Station

Very clean and guiet staff is friendly they greet you coming and going. But not alot of channels to choose from on the tv

I was supposed to be refunded for three nights and yet to get that done

They were dirty and the rooms that I had had bugs in it

They had to change my room several times due to there being no heat in the room

Stayed 2 nights for a Texas A & M campus visit during freezing temperatures. Even though I said there would be 3 guests in the king bed room, I had to go down to the desk to ask for a 3rd bath towel and bedding for the sofa sleeper. Daughter said the sofa bed was comfortable. It was nice that they provided a comforter for the sofa sleeper since the temperatures were so cold. Room was on the 3rd floor right across from the elevator but was in a quiet location. The hallway was freezing. There was a heating unit at one end of the hallway but I don't think it was working. Other than the very cold hallway, no issues at this hotel and would stay here again. Drive to the engineering side of the campus was about 10 minutes.

Very bad service, no heater in the room, the front desk lady wanted to check us out and let us in the street at 10:30pm, we have a child! The employee was rude and refused to gave her name. I just wanted an email or a phone number I could call the next day. My husband went to ask for blankets, the employee told him that she would check us out. Seriously, how can you treat a family like this. She did offer to move us to another room with only one bed, we are a family of three so it was not an option. We got one extra blanket. It was freezing in the room.

Nothing fancy, but a clean room. Appears recently remodeled

Good stay on a budget. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, no weird smells. Would stay again.
