Oak Grove Inn

Im glad they had open rooms.

It was near a truck stop and I could park my truck on site no problem. Also clean and safe grounds.

The property is clean and location is perfect just right off the highway. Front desk is really accommodating!

I did not know to ask for a nonsmoking room, because there is a sign on the front that says "No Smoking". It smelled horrible. The carpet was old and looked dirty and smelly. The beds were very noisy and uncomfortable and hard. The shower would not work properly so we could not take a shower. The bottom of the toilet seat had not been cleaned. You could still see poop on it. We had to use the water from the faucet in the tub. The faucets in the sink were put on wrong so to open it you had to close. I would never stay here again.

The customer service was great, we had no problems at the hotel!

Was not pleased at all The rooms and lobby was absolutely nasty

The room was dirty. The towels were gross they had hair on them. The walls are nasty like someone spit a Lougee on them. The bed was dirty. This room and place needs inspection.

Front desk Gal was very friendly and helpful. Accommodating too.
