Brigitte worked so hard to accommodate our change in plans due to winter weather! The hotel was very busy and we needed to stay an extra night. Brigitte went out of her way to communicate with us and help us keep the same rooms we had for the first two nights. She has fantastic customer service skills and really knows how everything works at Delta Hotels. Thanks to her, we had a terrific experience and will be staying with you again in the future. Room was clean. Pool was great for the kids. Front desk staff was kind and helpful.

Lounge was understaffed for breakfast. Waited for over 30minutes on the one and only server/bar tender to never acknowledge our table, take drink or food order. Kids got too impatient to wait, so we never got to reveive our breakfasts that we paid for ahead of time at check in.

There was no sounds and/or tv picture on the screens in exercise room equipment. This is a recurring issue that I have addressed and seems to never be resolved. The rooms are adequate and lobby was clean

We are the most beautiful evening together as a family. It was blooming cold outside and even on the shuttle driver‘s day off, he offered to come and get us to a restaurant and back. The suites are very accommodating and comfortable. Every staff member was exceptional.
