Our stay at the JW Marriott was the highlight of our time in New Orleans. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The doormen and front desk staff made an amazing first and lasting impression. There was never a wait to be helped and always with a smile. Alan, Concierge had great recommendations and went out of his way to be of assistance. The hotel was elegant and classy, very clean and extremely comfortable. Our room was the perfect oasis to come "home" to after walking around all day and night. Great location in the French Quarter. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in New Orleans and look forward to returning some time soon!
