I thought the staff was so friendly and helpful. They told me how to get to downtown Pinehurst shops. They got me checked in without waiting longer for a Kin-sized bed. And breakfast was really good. I’ll return a heartbeat and recommend Residence to friends and family. Appreciate everything!!

"Feel at home here..."

Excellent stay. This Residence Inn is nicely settled into a quiet(ish) pine grove, yet close to all the area has to offer. It is very nicely maintained and presents as though recently updated. The staff is universally welcoming... a particular "shout out" to Ashley, at the front desk, who was great at customer service and sincerely desired the best experience for her guests, and to Severa at breakfast, who worked hard to ensure that we were well cared for. Highly recommend.

Perfect for golfing vacation. Only Tesla charger In Pinehurst. Unfortunately 8/10 charging stations not working leaving you scrambling for charging time. This has been ongoing issue for months with no resolution.

I was disappointed in the stay overall. When I first arrived, I thought it may be an older hotel.however this morning I got to make my morning tea and saw three roaches, I killed them and decided to check out early because I don’t have roaches at home and I don’t want to take any home. After my shower I am packing up and see another two roaches. I was able to kill one of them but not the other. I go down to the receptionist who inquired about my stay. I tell her that my stay not good because there were roaches in my room. Her response ok, I’ll amend your reservation. Oh my goodness, is that the best response. I explained that this the first time I've had roaches in my room. She again acted nonchalantly about what I said. She continued with would you like a printed receipt.
