JW Marriott Hotel Kuwait City

We stayed earlier it is only now possible to do a review after our travels. This hotel is very well run with experienced staff who understands and value their guests This was our first time in Kuwait. We were accompanied by our adult daughter and we all found this hotel to be the best and ticked all boxes. The hotel provided free transportation to and fro from the airport this was the best start to our stay. The check in was quick and efficient we were given suites which were amazing in size. The services in all part of the hotel was top notch including the executive lounge but the breakfast was in every way a splendid experience assisted by Chef Tinkesh who introduced us to food and spices we had not tasted. He suggested a potato filled porata and we can without any hesitation say it was the best food we ever tasted. His knowledge, skill and attentiveness was astounding. He was passionate about his role and expertise which were clearly seen in his cooked food eg vegetable, dall curry, sprouted seeds which were mega healthy etc. We would have liked to have stayed longer or lived locally to enjoy more of his gracious personality and delicious food. Also like to mention Abanoub assistant manager and Kirrsh the list is by no means short. A specail hello to a very dear person... the gentleman who has a stall with coffee near the check in desk. A big thank you to all for making this a memorable visit. As regards to transport we were able to use Careem. There is lots to see and do.

I am frequent business traveler and stayed at jw Marriott in Kuwait multiple times,I always had the same excellent experience. the hotel staff are very well trained and always meet with welcome smile face,but this time ,I was met best professional and talented chef tinkesh kumar, he was the head chef in the breakfast very kind and generous....and the sprouts paratha and Raj kachori with different flavored sauces it's delicious, thank you chef for hospitality and super excellent food.....and definitely come back again.

This hotel might be the best hotel I stayed in, in Kuwait very friendly and helpful staff nice hotel very well located in the middle of the city can be accessible from many areas good breakfast, very tasty coffee

Stayed there two times so far and both were pretty good. The hotel is well worn but still in nice shape. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and the employees really worked hard to impress us. By the 2nd meal they knew our drink choices and brought them right out as we sat down. Princess is our favorite employee as she is such a wonderful representative of the hotel and brand. They have free shuttle to and from the airport so you feel safer getting around.

Good hotel and good staff but the hotel is dated and no amenities at all in the room
