Beautifully decorated and comfortable (for three people). It's in a quiet area, but close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, the old town, and Playa de la Concha.

One of the bedrooms is rather small, but comfortable enough. It's in need of new pots and pans. The window shutters needed cleaning very badly. The TV wasn't working.

The apartment is big with 3 bedrooms, we were just with 2 so we used only 1 bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. There is a very nice well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) but we didn't used it (pintxos, duh). The bathroom is nice and all was clean, only the water was not stable warm (getting warm and cold and warm again etc.). The apartment is quiet and well located at the edge of the centre and near the beach. It's at the 5th floor with two elevators. Juan was efficient and gave us perfect advice for free parking.

It could be a bit more cosy, but that's maybe a matter of taste. The price (€180 a night) is ridiculous but comparable with all very high accommodation prices in San Sebastian. For a big family, two couples or friend group it can be a good deal though..
