Staff friendly

Room could if been cleaner. There were holes in the walls.

Pool and hot tub great - and all to ourselves. Nice breakfast.

Staff was great

The room had a bad odor, noisy ac unit and trashy.

The bed was comfortable but other than that, nothing.

It smelled like stale cigarettes. I was on the end 2nd floor by the stairs, there were 5 men with the exterior door propped open drinking, smoking, playing music, and talking loud. At 10:45 pm I finally got the front desk to answer and told them but it did not stop for a while. Then every time someone walked my talking it would wake me up. I finally got up at 3:30 am and left.

Breakfast was good.

Bed was uncomfortable, lumpy. Outdated, dirty hotel.

Friendly staff

The bed was terrible and clearly old or over used; there was water damage in the ceiling, the carpeting was almost sticky under my socks, there was a hole on the shower wall.

The location and a few friendly, helpful staff were about the only aspects we liked.

Uncomfortable beds, a very worn out desk chair that had flakes of delaminating faux leather that would tear loose and cling to your clothing if you sat in it, a half-inch wide vertical bkack stripe that ran from top to bottom on the flatscreen TV, a stale odor of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room, a long tear in one of the window curtains, AND a front desk person who could not possibly have been more glib / poker-faced, impersonal and terse, making no eye contact as we checked in. Every other staff member was great (especially one particular housekeeper). This place is in shambles, not worth more than $75 a night.
