Cleanliness and staff

The heating/ac unit would not go below 64 degrees. Our room was hot at night. We like colder temps to sleep under at night. There is no way it was a true 64 degrees. We would definitely recommend this hotel!!

"Going to Biltmore"

Breakfast was great, coffee was great, layout was good, waffle makers were no-stick but they stuck, it was hard to remove waffle causing a backup there. Please provide cooking spray and instructions. Everything else was great. We went to Biltmore so your location was great. We, however, missed your ticket discounts.
