The workers were extremely kind and welcoming. My dogs thought they were rockstars going through the public areas of the hotel. Great location to stay to visit the Biltmore. Breakfast was good.

A gluten free option for pancakes or waffles would be amazing. Or even a gluten free muffin. It would have been helpful to get the discount code to the Biltmore sooner. I had already purchased my Biltmore tickets when I received the discount code. You could advertise that you will provide a discount to the Biltmore if you book a stay.

Hotel was clean and freshly remodeled (almost done). We loved the 24/7 coffee and favored water in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
