"Great place to stay if you are connected to the university."

Great location, loved being right on campus.

Not quite as polished and highbrow as I expected; Front desk didn't seem to know that it was Cornell Days; No little store to grab little essentials like water, toothpaste, etc. -- this would have been especially nice after the bookstore closes. Otherwise, you need to leave campus to find those things.

"Broken A/C. Quality doesn't meet price. Problem with deposit. Staffs are students. So unprofessional"

Broken A/C. Bed too small for 2 persons. Uncomfortable bed. Staff took things from our room, occur charge to the deposit. Finally refund but need to fight for it.

Little touches like the office chair and the most comfortable armchair. Amazing view of the clock tower. Microwave oven at basement for hotel guests to use.
