I’ve already sent a review, but the property was wonderful. Staff was professional and kind and accommodating. Very well oiled machine. Hands-down, the best location on or near campus(and literally the only one on campus) and many rooms have incredible views over the campus and into the sunset over the mountains. We dined one evening at the Italian restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast Buffet is a must. Our son is committed to Cornell lacrosse and this will be the spot for us to stay for sure!

Great coffee in the reception and rooms are cleaned spotless every day. Staff is amazing and helpful. This is my second visit and I have booked for May and August to visit my kid at Cornell

The food was amazing - seriously mind blowingly good. The staff was phenomenal - they went out of their way to help us and were so kind and friendly. They truly went above and beyond! The hotel is gorgeous, the views of Cornell's campus were beautiful. The room was pristine and very well cleaned and maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to tour Cornell's campus or stay in the Ithaca area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Wonderful staff and courteous! Valet parking eased all worries, front desk was wonderful and courteous. Staff was discreet and professional, food was very delicious also.

Truly enjoyed my stay at The Statler. Cassandra and Virginia from the Front Desk were exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to help. My room was clean and the bed super comfortable with plush amenities. Dinner was delicious; I highly recommend ordering room service. The hotel is located right on campus so you can't beat its convenience!
